4. Payment and Fees

All fees for tutoring services must be paid in advance through the payment methods provided on our website. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any changes will not affect services already purchased.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a tutoring session up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the session start time may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds for package deals or subscriptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Tutor Conduct

All tutors are expected to maintain a professional standard of conduct during tutoring sessions. This includes being punctual, respectful, and providing quality tutoring in accordance with the subject matter

7. User Conduct

Users agree to behave respectfully during sessions and interactions with tutors. Any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, use of offensive language, or any illegal activities, will result in termination of services without a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by PRESC Tutoring or our tutors, including but not limited to lesson plans, materials, and resources, is the intellectual property of PRESC Tutoring or the respective tutor and may not be used or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

PRESC Tutoring is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content, any unauthorized access to or use of our servers, and any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
